Tipsy Tanks Email & Text Communications Terms

These terms explain what you agree to when you sign up to receive marketing emails or text messages from Tipsy Tanks. They apply in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Your consent

By giving us your email address or mobile phone number and choosing to receive marketing messages, for example by checking a box or texting a keyword, you agree to receive marketing emails and text messages from Tipsy Tanks at that address or number. For text messages, you agree that we may use automated technology to send them.

You must be at least 18 years old, and you must be the account holder or authorized user of the phone number you give us.

Your consent is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can still place orders without signing up for marketing messages.

2. Types of messages

Marketing messages include promotions, discounts, new product announcements, events and newsletters. We send these only if you have opted in.

Transactional messages relate to your orders and account, such as order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, payment receipts and security alerts. We may send these whether or not you have opted in to marketing, and they are covered by our Terms of Use and Shipping & Delivery policy.

3. Frequency, costs and carriers

Frequency. Message frequency varies. You can expect up to [number] marketing messages per month.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply to text messages, depending on your mobile plan. Tipsy Tanks does not charge you for receiving messages.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, and are not liable for them. Text messages may not be available on all carriers. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.

4. Opting out and getting help

Email. Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email us at [email address]. We will process your request within 10 business days.

Text. Reply STOP to any marketing text message to cancel. You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no more marketing texts after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email address] or [phone number].

If you unsubscribe from marketing, you may still receive transactional messages about your orders and account. If you opt back in later, these terms apply again.

5. Your information

We collect and use your email address, phone number and messaging activity as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share it with service providers who help us send messages on our behalf.

6. Changes and contact

Tipsy Tanks may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version takes effect when we post it. If a change materially affects how we message you, we will tell you before it takes effect where the law requires.
