8ft Stock Tank Pool
Things to know before you splash...
Detailed Requirements
- CLEAR PATH | Customer is responsible for providing a clear and safe access path for delivery and placement of the stock tank. A minimum of 3 feet of horizontal clearance (fence to home) is required. Vertical clearance of at least 9 feet must be maintained to accommodate the tank size, including but not limited to roof eaves, trees, cables, and hanging lights.
If safe and adequate clearance is not available at the time of delivery, the stock tank will be placed in the driveway or lawn at the installer’s discretion. Non-clearance fees begin at $125 and may increase depending on site conditions.
Customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery area is free of pets and pet waste prior to arrival.
- A PRE-LEVELED AREA | Customer is responsible for providing a pre-leveled installation area prior to delivery. Acceptable leveling materials include paver sand, concrete, or decomposed granite (DG). The installation area must be properly prepared and level to ensure safe placement and optima performance of the stock tank. In addition to leveling, the use of interlocking (puzzle-style) gym mats is strongly recommended to provide a protective and cushioned surface beneath the tank. Failure to provide a properly leveled and prepared surface may result in delayed installation, relocation of the tank, or additional fees.
- ELECTRICAL | Filter installation requires access to a GFCI-protected 120V electrical outlet. The sand filter is equipped with a 25-foot power cord. If a GFCI outlet is not available, a temporary outdoor-rated, heavy-duty extension cord (10–12 gauge) may be used at the customer’s discretion.
All electrical connections must be properly waterproofed. Electrical outlets and power sources must be located a minimum of 6 feet from any water source, including the pool, in accordance with California electrical safety regulations
Customer assumes responsibility for ensuring electrical compliance and safety. Failure to meet these requirements may result in installation delays, refusal of connection, or additional fees.
